About me

I'm Philip Davies, an experienced HR professional with over 20 years of expertise in strategic HR, talent management, organisational development, and learning & development. I've honed my skills working with renowned organisations like EDF Energy, Southern Water, Harrods, Anchor Trust, and HCA Healthcare.

My track record speaks for itself — I excel in managing and executing large-scale people projects efficiently and within budget.

Throughout my career, I've collaborated with a wide spectrum of professionals, from individual contributors and frontline managers to functional leaders and executives.

As an Executive Coach Practitioner, I leverage the power of 'CliftonStrengths' to help leaders, teams, and individuals recognize and harness their unique strengths. I specialise in shedding light on blind spots and empowering clients to invest in their talents daily.

Additionally, I facilitate Myers-Briggs feedback sessions and employ a variety of coaching techniques to unlock the full potential of every client.
