Individuals

 

I can facilitate online or face to face leadership (aspiring, new leader or existing career crossroad) coaching programmes using Gallup Strengths-finder, Myers-Briggs, NLP or other creative coaching techniques, to help recognise your value and apply your own unique talents to achieve your career and personal goals.

  • 121 strengths-based coaching priced per hour (coaching programmes can be agreed up front for individuals or groups of individuals). These sessions can be facilitated online or face to face.

  • Team strengths-based coaching priced per session (day rate + pre session 121 feedback calls with participants priced per hour).

 

The Process

Curious

First time working together? We'll have a chat about your goals and I'll ask questions so we can agree how best to work together, with a coaching agreement that we can both sign up to. The number of sessions and cost will be set out up front so you can be clear about the commitment required.

Collaborative

We will meet either face to face or online as agreed. In each session we will work together on your goals using tools such as CliftonStrengths. All will be 100% confidential - only you and I will know what was discussed and agreed.

Results focussed

I will work hard for you and strive to ask insightful questions to empower you to take action. Progress will be reviewed during the agreed session programme and once completed we will discuss & agree the next steps for you to continue your transformational journey, using the knowledge and skills you have gained.

Curious

Having questioned and discussed your specific needs we will agree how Max Talent can help you deliver your Learning & Development outcomes, to be set out out in a proposal for you to review and sign off. All costs will be discussed and agreed up front so that you can be clear about the commitment required before work starts.

Collaborative

We will work together to ensure that Max Talent's contribution is in line with your organisations values. We will meet regularly throughout the project to ensure you are happy with the quality of the work produced and the timelines.

Results focussed

I will work hard for you and strive to deliver a quality product on time and in budget. There will be regular milestones in place to review progress and at the end of each project a full evaluation will be carried out to check agreed project goals have been met.

How do I gain your trust?

I work purely on a project by project basis. No retainers. No heavy overheads. You only pay for what you need on a pay-as-you go basis. I deliver what I say I will deliver and do not outsource the work so you are guaranteed to get what you pay for. I am not bound by processes and procedures. Your project is delivered on time and in budget.
